Just wondering if anyone is having the same promblem as me. I will play games and when I finally close the window I don't get any shills for it. And also sometimes I will go to Treasure Island and hear that jingling sound from my money bag and I'm missing shills. :'(

I think I did play a couple games and not get any shills. But I have the sound off so I don't know if I lost any shills through a hole in my pocket. Sorry you did :'(

I've had many games where I was disconnected afterward -- I would receive the message with the amount of shills won, but would not receive any.

I do not get shills from the marbles game if I play till I lose. But if I quit before the game beats me I get shills. Sounds crazy I know. :hmmm:

The particular game I'm talking about will usually give me credits. It is only in about, I don't know, 1 out of 5 or 6 times I play I won't get any shills. And I don't lose connection...
anyway I e-mailed secretbuilders they said their gonna look into it.

Is it any particular game or is it all games? I could try them out too and see if I have the same problem.

When this happened I was playing tic tac dough but that wasn't the problem, it is just that everytime I go somewhere else (my page reloads) I lose tons of shills. :cry:

Sorry, I don't have a clue. You might try clearing the cache. Hopefully they will reply to you soon. :)

I played tic tac toe for a while last night -- didn't experience any problems there. Hopefully this will resolve for you soon. :hug:

I don't think that is verenice's problem.
Paws, As I tried to explain above; in the marbles game when you get close to the end of your game (you see you are not going to complete that round) just quit at that point and you will get the shills earned up to that point. If you keep playing till you lose you will not get any shills at all.

I e-mailed them yesterday again after losing so many shills, but still no answer. I was hoping for at least a general reply since they have always answered promptly before.

Well, I am sorry to say, everything I said about the marbles game and getting shills just went down the hole with the marbles.
I played and quit short of losing and NO SHILLS.
I played till I lost and NO SHILLS.
I will not be playing marbles again any time soon and that is sad because I do like the game. :waveb:

Not to jinx you or anything but that's how it started for me. I would play a game and not get shills.... eventually I started losing them when my page reloaded.

Still no answer from Secret Builders. :uhuh2:

No I never did. The only solution I found to my problem was to log on for short periods of time and not to play the same game more than three times a day. Otherwise I would either not get the shills I had earned or I would lose shills everytime I went to a different place.
