Post by: gshawen on December 07, 2008, 01:11 PM
CRANBERRY SALAD

1 Orange
1 can or bag of Cranberries(we use the bag kind)
½ c. Pecans
1 ½ Cups sugar
2 small pkgs Jell-o Cherry or Strawberry(dont use the recipe on jell-o box)
Mix Jello with 1 ½ Cups of water per box(we use cherry jell-o)

Grind all of these:

1 Orange  (Grind all even the peel but take out the piece that the orange was attached to the tree, and also the middle section of the orange, the inner skin thing  or most of it)
1 can or bag of Cranberries
½ cup Pecans

Set them aside for now.

Mix 2 boxes of jell-o with 2 cups hot water, stir until disolved. Then add 1½ (one and a half) cups sugar and stir until disolved. Now add 1 cup cold water to the mix and stir.

Now add everything else into the jello-o mix and stir it all up real good.

Than put in fridge and let get firm and cold.

Men don't need to read directions now, that's why the TomTom and all the other navigation tools were invented.  So they have a womans voice giving them directions not their wives giving them the directions, beacuse then they just wouldn't listen.

Same thing with food recipes, I saw on TV that they had a game for the Nintendo DS that tells you the directions and you follow step by step.   Gas, you think you can call them and ask to add your cranberry salad to the game?!

The trouble with them using the female voices for the navigation devices is that "male pattern deafness" takes over at the sound of a female voice and as such negates the effectiveness of the GPS capability.:rum:
