AntShorty,

Why is it that after completing a 5000 point item, I made no advancement in my tailoring badge?

Dear PH_AntShorty:
I went to sign on to Pixie Hollow today to work on my flitterrific badges, but could not log in.

How am I supposed to complete my badges before Pixie Hollow Summer is over when the site is down?
Thanks for you help.

Dear AntShorty,

Why does my Spring Meadow Explorer Badge show only 4 of 5 when I have visited each multiple times?

And why do I have 3 showing on the Autumn Explorer Badge when I can only find 2 "meadows/fields" on the map there?  :hmmmm:

Dear AntShorty,

First off.. you are doing an excellent job of not answering our queries in a timely fashion that was "SO Disney"! :lolg:

Now my question.. How come I have almost the opposite situation as Confused Navigator?

My Spring Meadow Explorer Badge sits at only 3 of 5, while I too have visited each multiple times.

I don't even know what my Autumn Meadow Explorer Badge showed for how many meadows, as when I first touched down in the Pumpkin Patch this evening, I was "instantly" granted this badge.. without there even being any new meadows yet.

I sent this Original Message Follows:

Email Address : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  (of course I sent them the correct one in this space)

From Name :  Barbara

Comments or Questions :  My Fairy name is Pandora Islandsplash
I cannot get the Spring Meadow Explorer badge-it says I have only
visited 4 of the 5 spring meadows and I have been to all.
Can you fix this. My friend has the same problem. I suspect it is a bug.
Please let me know.

PH_Dan sent me this:

Hello Barbara,

I am sorry to hear that you aren't receiving your Explorer Badge. We are
aware that this is happening and are working hard to fix it. If you can
e-mail your account name and the name of your fairies that don't have
the badge, we can get your badges to you in no time!

Now does that prove that they read but do not comprehend. First of all my Acct name is Barbara, I included my fairy name and I used the only email I have in PH. So I sent it all again without being ugly (which I so wanted to say what I was thinking). Have not heard back yet, will let you know IF I do.

AntShorty,

Why is it that after completing a 5000 point item, I made no advancement in my tailoring badge?

~A very upset player

Dear "A very upset player:
We are so glad to hear that you have reached the very commendable goal of completing a 5000 point tailoring item. We agree, you are making great advancement and helping your fellow fairies to make incredible items for others to use in the game. Now you and I both know that getting a badge is not the important thing, its helping others that gives us true happiness.

And while we are on the subject, you can help us by taking your child to your nearest department store and letting them choose any "Clickable" item they want. That way, they too can help other fairies in Pixie Hollow. How? By showing off their new items in the game so that others will want the items and buy "Clickables".

Also, may we have your child's cell phone number so that we can send him or her numerous text messages to get them to link their cell phone to Pixie Hollow? We promise we will make the messages fun and innocent, and practically irresistible to your child.

As always, thank you for playing Pixie Hollow.

Flying with you,

PH_Antshorty

Dear Pixie Hollow Player:

Thank you so much for letting us know you completed your badges and that you are enjoying your Pixie Hollow Summer. We enjoy hearing about our player's progress.

As you know, our site was down on October 22 for improvements so that we could release the "new and improved" Pixie Hollow. Since I waited to reply to your email until after Pixie Hollow was reopened, I really owe you no explanation whatsoever. So please enjoy the "new and improved" Pixie Hollow and be sure to check out "Clickables" at your nearest department store that carries Disney merchandise.

Always "happy" to be flying with you!

Dear Confused Navigator:

Thank you for letting us know here at Pixie Hollow that you are having fun exploring our Meadows multiple times! We enjoy the fact that you are flying around our meadows and spreading sunshine and pixie dust. Really, how important are badges when you can have the joy of spreading pixie dust and sunshine?

And if you want to spread even more pixie dust and sunshine, please go check out our newest items in Pixie Hollow by purchasing our new "Clickables". We know you and your little fairy will really enjoy trying to choose which "Clickable" is perfect for you both. Heck, your little fairy may even want to purchase them all! Think of all the sunshine and pixie dust she will be spreading around then! She will be the envy of Pixie Hollow! (Please note, we do not encourage jealousy and covetousness)

Always a pleasure to spread pixie dust and sunshine with you!

Please email us your cell phone number so that we can link your cell phone with Pixie Hollow. Dear Seriously Suspicious:

Thank you for your kind inquiry. PH_Antshorty had to take a short leave of absence. She said something about a certain purplish feathered fowl-like person being "on to her". So we let her take a break.

We just wanted to say that we are glad you have decided to get "a piece of the action" by buying Disney's Pixie Hollow Clickables! We are sure you will enjoy spending 29.99 for the base jewelry box and then another 5.99 to 12.99 for all the accessories. (Yes, I went to Target today and checked them out myself). And yes, I too would be suspicious of any one who doesn't buy their son or daughter these delightfully expensive "must haves".

Always a pleasure flittering about with you!

Dear AntShorty,

I have recently discovered this wonderful game called Pixie Hollow.  I have enjoyed creating a fairy and visiting all the wonderful places collecting seeds, ivy, raspberries, blueberries, and schnozzberries to my heart's content.  Lately though, I find that I think about pixie hollow all the time.  I also have the undeniable urge to spread pixie dust, buy clickables, and scratch my butt in public.   Yesterday I was escorted out of the grocery store for scratching my butt with a clickable while waiting in the checkout line.  I'm starting to wonder if this game is using subliminal messages.  What should I do?

Dear I Keep Hammering Away at Badges:

Thank you for your kind comments about Tink's party! We know you loved flittering about with the new star of the new video that was just released on Disney DVD!

Shh, don't tell anyone, but we released Tink's hammer and are fully aware of its powers. Those who possess this hammer and pay for a membership, or buy "Clickables" will understand its power in time.

We had to throw a small morsel to the masses who may not purchase Disney's Clickables right away, but we want to keep them in the game and interested by letting them have a new item from time to time.

Those that purchase our new membership however will be able to use Tink's hammer on other players who are not paying customers. Those that are free-loading, so to speak, and not buying Clickables or paying for memberships. You paying customers will be able to pull all kinds of pranks on them soon by using Tink's magic hammer. But remember, its a big secret!!

Hammering others with you!

Dear Typing With One Hand

Thank you for your wonderful feedback on your gaming experience in Pixie Hollow. We are so glad that you found the schnozzberries an exciting part of the game. Please understand however, that we have absolutely no connection whatsoever to the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

We are so pleased that you find yourself so mildly obsessed with the game that you are thinking about spreading Pixie Dust constantly. We know you are telling all your friends about our exciting game and trying to get them "hooked", into playing the game with you.

However, we must take up the issue of you scratching your nether region with one of our pieces of merchandise in public. We are so pleased that you purchased a Disney Clickable, but we cannot have our fairies scratching their nether region's in public. What you do with your Clickable in private is your affair, but when you are in public, especially the checkout line, please resist the urge to scratch your little fairy behind. We know this urge is strong, but with regular Pixie Hollow playing, you can resist.

OH, and please call our phone number listed on our website. I would give it to you here in the email, but I want you to log on to Pixie Hollow to find it. You will find it on our "members only" page so you will have to pay at least 5.95 to receive our phone number. But when you find the phone number, please call so that we may give you instructions on how to return your Clickables and have them fixed so that they will no longer cause the "butt scratching" urge. Yes, there has been a recall, but we are not announcing it to the public. As isolated cases like yours pop up, we will address them one at a time.

Butt Scratching with you!!

Ah, a SECOND reference to her "Kat Scratch Fever"!  :rofl1:

Kat I suggest you join butt scratchers anonymous. 12 step programs can work wonders. Not to mention it must be horribly embarrassing not being able to control those urges. I feel for ya.   :lolg:

Me thinks Kat is not so far separated from "the real world" as she keeps spouting off products all over the forum, that seem to have been created already!!

Of the more recent: Gnome bowling, and here, a butt scratcher!! :rofl1:
