MyVMK will be holding a monthly "Best Guest Room" contest.  Here are the details as written on the MyVMK Contest Page. http://events.myvmk.com/contests.html

HOW TO ENTER:
"Design your best guest room! You will have the entire month to earn any items you need and
    for building.

Once your guest room is complete, take a screenshot of the room.

Send the screenshot of your guest room to bgr@myvmk.com. Please include your username, room name, and room description. *One Entry Per Account. Multiple entries will be disqualified."

PRIZES:
"The player of the winning guest room will receive:

Castle Suite Guest Room
Best Guest Room Award Pin
5,000 Credits
Their room featured on the website for the entire month
An exclusive Club 33 Party with the staff members! You and 20 of your invited friends will be
    able to attend!"
