Being a Space Merchant will bring a lot of glory and treasure for the avid space pirate!

Space Merchants will involve a lot of tough decision making, awesome stories, exclusive items and of course treasure maps!

Yes! Treasure maps will be a pivotal part of Space Merchants, without a map there would be no Treasure Huntery, and acquiring one, will be a Space Merchant's number one priority!

Also, as part of our approaching Space Merchant update, Miss Solaria will be making some exciting changes to the Galactic Trading Post, and there will be a few other surprises in store for Space Age!

We will have more exciting updates about Space Merchants, so check the home page often!

Bottle is awarded randomly from what I've been hearing.

UPDATE:  This 'adventure/game' has started - to obtain a bottle play the space pirate game until it awards you a bottle. Once you have received a bottle take it to the Space Shop and click on the map on Miss Solaria counter.  It will then give you a pop-up box where it will show your bottle(s) in the top half.  To select a bottle double-click the bottle to have it go to the bottom half of the popup window.  You can then select the bottle in the bottom half of window and "scan" it using the "scan" button.

**Bottles are NOT tradeable**    THEY ARE NOW TRADABLE

**Bottles DO show up in your Inventory and you ARE able to use them in your room for decoration**

PLEASE NOTE: Once you "scan" and trade bottle in for a mission in the space store you will NO longer have that bottle - so if you want to keep one for decor you need to do so before or play to obtain another bottle.

Here is another sneak peek of what's going on the home page!

The Galactic Trading Post will be the center of commence for all Space Merchants, it's where you will front your expeditions
and check the status of your voyages!
Miss Solaria is modifying the docking bays to accommodate all the traffic the Space Merchants will bring, as well as adding new
gadgetry and other renovations to the Galactic Trading Post!
And of course the Destiny Lamp! Miss Solaria's Destiny Lamp is the only device that can interpret any interstellar treasure map!
Which is important if you are going to be treasure hunting!
Once Miss Solaria's renovations are complete, Space Merchants may begin bringing Miss Solaria treasure maps!

While your expedition is en route to its destination it might befall many perils, but one of the most undesirable mishaps would be an encounter with the Pirate Captain Mantooth!
Captain Mantooth is a reckless but cunning pirate, he is always looking for excitement and rare treasures!

Space Merchants Begins!
To start your career as a Space Merchant you need a Treasure Map!

Acquiring a Treasure Map is no easy task, and not for the faint of heart, you must find one in battle from Space Pirate Ships!

Engage in piratical plunder until a Mysterious Bottle is numbered among the spoils, then take your spacey artifact to Miss Solaria!

Click Miss Solaria's Destiny Lamp located on the counter of the Galactic Trading Post!

Miss Solaria will appraise it and tell you the cost of fronting an expedition to the coordinates indicated on the map!

If you accept the cost, an expedition will be organized and a ship will be commissioned to retrieve the treasure from deep space!

Check back frequently to see how your expedition is progressing, and find out if they ran into any trouble!

If all goes well, your ship may return with treasures only an expedition into space can recover, some more precious than others!

So don't just stand there, treasure and fame await!

Once you get bottle and turn it in to Miss Solaria and start your mission/expedition - you just have to keep track of your expedition.  You can go back to Miss Solaria and click on her "lamp" on her desk to find updates on your expedition.  However, I had logged off last night and when I returned this morning, I received the popup on my expedition - which is nice to have gotten notice to go check in. 

It turned out that I needed to fork over even more credits to repair my ship to continue the journey....

my spare is sailing just fine....however, I started a mission on my main last night and this was her message this morning:

A message from The Dread Pirate Billy Bones.

"If ye gets this message in time, we be having yer crew, but we was a-talkin' of keel-hauling 'em, if we don't get our gold today!"

Your crew's ransom is 250 credits. 


and later in the evening I got this message:

All the stars look the same, there are flies in the mess hall.

The expedition is currently 5 sectors from the destination!  flies in the mess hall   


another morning message

While navigating through an asteroid field, we became caught in the tractor beam of a Psython heavy cruiser, fortunately the cruiser was struck by a high speed comet, weakening the beam and enabling us to escape.

We require 750 credits to repair damages and then this after I paid Your expedition is free from trouble!

The captain is putting the ship back on course!

The expedition is currently 14 sectors from its destination!

According to  others, I am hearing that prizes are coming back on their ships missions and the prizes vary and look very nice.

Finally finished my mission on my main and this was her prizes:(glad to see it was better than my clone's prizes lol )

The assessment and analysis of the objects and materials garnered by the expedition has been completed!

Those objects or elements that are of noteworthy mention are as follows:

My main received Gold - a pot of gold in a tan colored container/pot.  Similar to the Emeralds or Rubies.


I'm not excited about adding up all the credits spent  but I did for the clone.

Clones expenditures:
  Initial Cost for expedition:  2,500
  Ransom (500 & 250)            750
  Repairs (500, 250)               750
  General Wellkeep on crew      500
