On the left hand side I see my name, my status and then some stars. No I didn't hit my head.

What do the stars indicate?

Poor Light Bright, left in the "dark" over a couple of stars! Tsk, tsk Okay.. I shall withhold my picking on you to "enlighten"!

Yes, you have your title, followed (in your case, as not all have one yet) a tag from the Tag Fairy, then you have "Tea Cup Seat" finally followed by the stars you mentioned.

The label "Tea Cup Seat" and the stars are both simply a "Level" relative to the number of posts you have made on the forum. They both will change together as you post more. In your case, you have posted 18 times, when you have reached 23 posts, your Level will change to "Pirate Throne" and the two brown stars will change to two orange stars, until you happen to reach the next level of posts.

Decoy started the levels with the NPC pins and one star, which you have already gotten through, and now you are in the furniture levels and currently 2 stars.

(The exception, as there always is one

- Moderators alway have 5 stars, Charmed has 6 stars for being the "vice administrator", and Decoy as Administrator has 7 stars.)

Edited to add that you got me looking at my level, and I see that

with just a few more posts, I get to leave Bat Magic and got to INFERNO magic!!

Hmm.. now wait a minute there Daz! Being the only one to have purple stars, at least so far.. I would like to point out that the Tag Fairy has "pixie dusted" more than just me with a tag!

Or is this just a subtle hint to the Tag Fairy, that you have not been "pixie dusted" yet?

As to why it says what it does.. I have seen some tags including my own, that were taken from a post I had done.. not sure, but maybe the same for you??

Not as clear as some others I have seen, Papa. You kinda have to hover on that one to get "told" what it is.. and based on what I said in that post.. a "huh" emote doesn't fit the situation.

There are some very clear ones out there, such as the little guy that shrugs his shoulders. Another has the little guy with "question marks" over his head.

Besides.. so many have multiple choices for the same emotion, it is clear variety is the spice of this forum's emotes!

I did the same and registered a long time ago. But then when the gnomes became moderators of the trades and wishes board, i knew it was the place for me. Plus some other things were bothering me about the "other" boards. I still trade there but all of my post business is coming here and I check these boards more often now. Its a great tight knit place and we hope you stay and post more often.

Dont worry about the Karma so much sir. I really like Decoy but i smite him all the time just because it reminds me of ducks ina shooting gallery. As long as you respect others feelings and dont ride teh Drama Llama too much EVERYONE is welcome here.

BTW I dont know how you are so I am not accussing you of either of those things, just making a general example.

Don't worry about the karma, it wanders around aimlessly and sooner or later will run over someones dogma.
