4/10 New Fairy ability unlocked!

Per VFK_Cactus:   

Have Fairy Enchantment on then,  Hit Control Key and Click the floor.  

Your Fairy Wings stop fluttering, and your fairy is now standing!   ;)





Also, new Quest should start same time as yesterday.   :waveh:

Ummm, I think there's a bit of a bug with fairies sitting.  And no this was not me in the Garden with my clothes off!   :roflmao:    VFK took the ability away for a little bit, I think it's back again - not sure though.

I have completed Day three and I can't seem to sit on the ground with shift and click.  What could I be doing wrong?

I do have to say though I'm sure glad I wasn't that person caught with nothing on...LOL.

Try refreshing Aurora.  I think VFK turned off the ability for a little while, because of the bug.  But I think it's working again.   :)

Try refreshing Aurora.  I think VFK turned off the ability for a little while, because of the bug.  But I think it's working again.   :)

Awww still not working for me after refreshing twice...I guess I'll give it some time and hope that maybe they are still working out the bugs and it works later. :(

I have to say, I have not laughed so hard in a long time! Hugs and a BIG thank you Astro, for catching a picture of that! Also, thank you Decoy, that we have a board where we can post this without having to block it our for all of the kiddies!  :rofl1: :rofl1:

It really only looks like seeing a Barbie doll naked, well sort of more like a Greek Sculpture I guess... OH my the whole family is laughing now! :lolg: :laugh2: :laugh2: :roflmao:

So, now I am wondering this. Since Flame was our first VFK Streaker, could this possibly be Flamanette?  >:D :lolg:

I agree, I cracked up after seeing this display in the Garden.  Who would have known what a leisurely stroll, out your very own back door.... would lead you to!!!  - covers eyes -     :lolg:

the first screen shot, that avatar with the wizard hat on, is a guy....that ummmm... gained some extra parts apparently with this bug.   :sos:

the second screen shot was a girl avatar, showing her bum.   :laugh2:

No Wendy, I was locked out of VFK for more than 6 hours and nobody knew what was wrong! And the bug fixed itself! Could not send them messages, the phone lines were busy and hang ups.... And thanks to Duck.ie and another player, I got them to send Help reports on my lock out... BTW... Still looking for the dog with keys! heh!

So finally managed to log in and do the quests!


Enigma said on the map tonight that on Sunday, you can do ALL 7 of the quests. but on Monday, they are going back to normal- 1 quest per day!

You all are so funny...gave me a good laugh...lol.

Anyway for some reason my fairy still will not sit.  She just freezes in the flying mode but yet my daughter who has done the same three quests on the same computer...her fairy sits just fine.  I sent in a report so I hope they can get my fairy fixed. :(

Well, since this is a thread about the clothing glitch and we are also talking about YouTube, someone posted a video of the naked folks in the garden.  :lolg:

It looks like she edited it with a faint line of the garden chat over the video, but it does show that someone was dancing and walking around sans clothing.  :shy:

Okay back to my serious side...what was that though about people being banned?  Doesn't make since if it's a VFK glitch or is there some way these people are doing this?

Oh also wanted to mention in case you have trouble sitting like I did, I sent a report and was told to clean my cache.  That finally worked.  I still find it odd that my daughter's character was on the same computer using the same browser and she could sit.  Oh well I'm happy it works now for me.

It is my understanding that they temporarily put a ban on the players who kept doing this bug over and over in the garden. The ban was only for a short time, though, around 5-10 minutes so VFK could clear the garden and take away the sitting feature until it could be fixed. I'm sure they did not want to chance a new player exiting their room into a garden of streakers! Can you imagine if it was your first day on VFK and that is the scene you saw?  :lolg: I think the garden itself was eventually "cleared" also just so they could have time to stop the "naked" bug.

From what else I have heard/read elsewhere, many -not all- but many who were banned have a history of bad behavior and being banned. They are usually the ones crying about being banned for no reason only to admit later that they did, in fact, do something wrong. The bans in this case are being misrepresented, I think. They were not bans for days or even hours, merely to clear the garden and keep those who knew how to create this bug from doing so until they could fix it.  :)

I've also read other places (off the major boards) where some 'garden blech' discuss how much fun it is busting things up in the garden.  Nice kids.  :td:

I did see the video, myself.  It was funny (coming from someone who's 'been there').  If anyone took the time to read the video description which was typed by a 'perpetually banned person' (i.e., garden blech), it sheds some light on the personality type of the typical person who finds themselves 'banned for no reason' in the garden.  I'm sure they will have many more 'vacations' from VFK in the future :)  Sadly, this same person and others are the ones I've seen not long ago trying to kiss up to staff at closing.  That kinda gets under my skin.  Flame is not a fan of people who possess 2 faces...  :notme:
