That race was so AWESOME!  Both US skaters were soooooooooooooooooo lucky at the end of that race!

Yup, the one that came in Bronze had not been racing for I think it was 6 months before that race because when he was racing his own skate blade cut his leg open and came really, really close to his main artery.  He had to take time to rest and with no practice he won Bronze.

I like the first one because it not on shows different events, but also what country got the medals.  NBC one, on the other hand, I don't like as much because you have to give them your zip code.

ETA: That guy also had to have 60 stitches put into his leg to close the wound.

Eww! I know they kept showing when he cut his leg! Blech!!!!!!    I hate it when they show injuries like that over and over again!  


I put in my zip code and it just took me to my local NBC schedule. But it is nice that the other one shows who won the medals on the events that have already passed.

I haven't been on to update here much, but what a great Olympics so far! Watching Evan Lysacek win the gold was incredible. It was also cool to see Bode Miller get a gold medal since he has really turned things around since the last Olympics. Always love watching Shaun White - seeing him lay down those new tricks he created was wicked awesome!

I absolutely love ice dancing, so that has been so enjoyable to watch. Also been fun watching the kids react to the whole ski then shooting concept -  !

Don't matter who you were rooting for.......the gold medal hockey game was awesome.

Well done Canada.......you can be proud.

Thought it was awesome how Canada was able to laugh at themselves in the closing ceremony. LOVED the mime with the toolbelt pulling that fourth pole up that got stuck at the opening ceremonies! Way to go Canada - a great Olympics!
