VIP Loyalty

In case anyone is wondering why their Loyalty (gems) won't advance today in SW. :'( Apparently, this is only affecting VIPs. Non-VIPs are able to complete their Loyalty.

This must be very recent. I was able this morning to run 2 non-VIPs, and 1 VIP and the jewels advanced. Sorry to hear it's not working now.

from what I gather out of that HUGE thread ... this may have started to occur after Midnight SW time (I think?).
I can see how you got the 2 non-VIPs through (as it doesn't affect them - only VIP), and maybe you got the VIP through before SW did some tweaking? Either way, that's awesome that you got through it! :2thunbs:
I'm bummed ... mine is stuck on the last task, as everyone else in the world, it would seem. I really don't want to have to restart 3 days of missions. :(

We are well aware what gems people are on and based on Andrew's note you will be where you are required to be. In Andrew's comments, Loyalty Items means your gems, gold and if you are on the Diamond Challenge your reward for the month. Andrew stated in his post that the timing is soon. I am sure when it is completed we will make you all aware.
Just like you are automatically able to receive the rewards when you complete the mission, code will resolve the issue for those who fall into this issue.

From player posts it seems like the final third of the gem might be part of the issue. I got stuck on day 3 of my diamond. It is still not working, but I feel comfortable they will handle it
