I'm back!  Thank you all for your offers of help.  I probably won't need to take all of you up on them but I would like that patio set so hopefully I can get together with someone soon to pick it up.

And.....We found a house!!!  Woot!  We put our signed offer in Tues and are now waiting to hear if it will be accepted.  Hope it all goes smoothly--extra prayers and pixie dust would be appreciated!
