Anyone still missing stuff from Ride competition

Resurrecting this thread. The items we were promised and that are required have still not been awarded...and it's over 3.5 months now since the competition ended. Really. We need a pin (should have been made by now), 500 credits and a 'support pack' (already made). So why did some people get prizes and some didn't? We're talking about only a handful of people here that have been PATIENTLY waiting (almost 4 months is the patience of a saint...)...and we get no answers other than "the awards are still being given out". Uh huh... This will also be a topic in my phone call this week to VFK. If they didn't have prizes ready for the competition, it shouldn't have been held until they DID have prizes ready to be awarded to the winners. ALL the winners. People will have forgotten about the ride competition by the time the 'lesser' prizes have been awarded...

I can many understand the pin but not really. But how hard is it to put in a ride package.
Bet I knwo what happened. The dog ate there winners list.
Oh someones 3 year push the wrong button and deleted the list. Could happen.
But how difficult would it be to track some threads and find the winners list posted.
The ride competition did me in.
I have not be interested in VFK since then. I have gone through the motions.
It was not winning it was the way they closed the rooms, except for people that had already won.
Everyone I could see was on the winners list. The first day.
That was and is my pet peeve. So Redoagain not geting what he was promised will not change my feelings.

Customer retention. AT LEAST please the paying customers (which keep VFK alive, I might add) so they want to CONTINUE to pay. Hello?
I pay to play. I help keep VFK in existence. I think they should at least do what they say they will do. Yeah...everyone knows they're busy. Everyone knows they are planning bigger and better things. That's all well and good...but don't alienate your current customer base. And if there's a problem, THEN TELL US. Don't just leave us hanging. Sheesh...end of rant.
