Just got a popup announcing that Host Harmony has an After Easter Host Teleporter room open. Mon 3pm Pacific

EDIT: Prize for this event was the Chocolate Easter Bunny Chair, pictured below.

There is a Host Teleport Event now! Host Harmony has a room open. The prize is a chocolate bunny seat, actually looks chocolate from pics I have seen. It started at 6ish EST. I got us in line in the 700s, not sure how long it will last. But, I am having no luck egg hunting now.

Join the "nose bleed club". I'm in the 700's. Not a chance. They should have announced this on the homepage. Playing in single mode to do the egg hunt like Pixie did, we didn't get any popups alerting us to the game. Beyond words right now...

Sigh, I got in line as fast as I could when popup came up. Just now was going to get in room, but it won't load. I'm stuck in twilight loading screen. I guess I'll have to refresh, which will drop me out of line. Never have made it into one of these teleporter games yet, lol.

Well I got the pop up and still only got in a 700 I clicked right away. This is so not fair. I am being to think there is some inside info ahead of time. Because there is no way when the pop up came that I got over 700.

Belle, you might have missed the first popup notice. They repeated it 3 or 4 times. Clicking as fast as I could get the room list to load after the first popup, I was in the 200's.

OMG! I had a player in the 700's get pulled into the teleporter room! I picked a teleporter......................................................AND LOST!!!!!!

OK, I am using ScarlettPixie's idea here and creating a "Princess Port", maybe filled with Pina Colada!

A big, gigantic thanks to Harmony from us. We were able to get in right at the last 2 minutes, then we froze. Every computer, we just froze in the room. All you could hear was a really annoying music sound and me screaming, NOOOOOO!

Harmony realized we were having a problem and she stayed in there helping us get "unfrozen". By the end of the event, she had taken away losing starting pieces also.

I understand they are testing things, but some of these things make no sense to me.

I wish these things would be up on the homepage. Also, I understand they are testing server stress, but maybe doing it with a prize nobody has been able to get yet wasn't the best of ideas.

Biggest Hugs to all of our NoBS friends - going to get a real drink and relax!

Aww. I know how you feel Princess. And agree 100% with what you said. We froze going into the room (loading screen). Blech. We did send a help report (or 3 or 4...can't remember now) and they did give us a bunny. Like you said, I have no problem with stress tests...but I don't need a stress test for myself. lol. Sheesh...a little notice would have been nice.

Have I said yet how much I HATE TELEPORTER GAMES???!!!! Especially with only one host running it. The lines are huge within the first 5 minutes of the game opening. And it seldom lasts long enough for those in the 1000+ range to get in. I completely hate it. It's inefficient and stressful for BOTH the host and the player. Typically the lines move at a snails pace. They really need to have a better host game/ride that can accomodate a MUCH larger group of people. A game that is basically over within the first 5 minutes of play is not a good game as far as I'm concerned. They also need to have a system that automatically shows where you are in the queue...instead of the player having to repeatedly check to see if the line has moved in the past 10 minutes. And it does seem to me that there are people getting advance notice of these events...and winning repeatedly....hmm....
