New pin on VFK_Enigma?

At closing today I saw VFK_Enigma and VFK_Brizzie on the map and they said they were placing trees.  Well, on VFK_Enigma's card there is this pin that looks like one of those orbs you touch and your hair stands on end (only way I can describe it) and was wondering if it is perhaps a new pin for the future.  Sorry, I am unable to get pics, but would be interesting to know what the pin really is.  :)

Enigma has created that pin. Isn't it nice! Only, so far the only people allowed to wear it is Staff. :)
