Gosh they look soooo good! I have to make some for Sunday I think. 

Sometimes I use a v shaped kitchen cutter to make the zig zag of VVVV's to separate the two halves and then fill it with the yolk mix. And then I have to top it with a slice of pimento-stuffed green olive. Yumm, might not wait for Sunday  :lolg:
