Coming from a future lawyer, this looks like an open and shut copyright infringement case for Disney.
However, they will be able to seek legal counsel from me if they are sued. I love the lost causes.

I've heard about this site too, although haven't really paid attention. Have to wonder why they are getting everyone's hopes up though. :'(

I also heard of it and expect this to burn up on the launch pad as well via Disney - but rightfully so, I think looking up if they copyrighted something is a very tiny part of copyright & trademark law and this has infringment as a first name so I would not get hopes to high. Trying to contact disney means nothing - its not worth there money to respond to kids asking if they can copy their shut down site.
