HELP HELP going down with the VMK Ship

Ok here is my problem. I got VMK working pretty good but then it sucks again. This is what happens I start out with 54.0 Mbps then it goes to crap from there.

While loading the screen it goes all the way down to 18.0 Mbps and takes forever to get on.

Once on I get to 36 or 48.  But as so as I go to change room same problem can get as low as 18.  I can not play games because of this.  I have tried everything I can thing of. I have no problems searching the web the pages load well.

But ALL DISNEY Sites take forever. What can I do I am so disgusted right now.  Why does it change so much from 54 to 36 when I am not even doing things like right now just typing. Is it out service provider. If it is I think telephone would be faster.

I am ready to give up.  I have close of all start programs not needed. And internet virus protection and cleaned up computer. NOthing works

Help I am in despair :(
