I often don't get notice that I have new mail either.  Yesterday I saw the envelope pop up, and when I opened it I had 4 messages from the past couple of days waiting for me. 
Big hugs to Princessmadiro.  I felt so bad seeing her standing over her little egg waiting for it to hatch.  She seemed so excited when she bought it the night before, and was asking me lots of cute questions like if it was difficult to take care of.  Panda told me on VFK that Princess was waiting for it to hatch so I signed on to SB to talk to her.  My pet's meter is frozen so I guess it is all one big bug.  I am not sure if the game is still in Beta?  I tried to send them (SB) a message but couldn't figure out how to do it. Sigh...

They know about the pet problem and are working on it. They're also reading boards and are aware of the other bugs as well. I've been keeping them busy with my list of features we'd like to see in game...getting ready to send my 3rd list lol.

I received an email from developers earlier tonight -- they are working on next release that should contain many of the things we want to see...hopefully in next couple of weeks.

Yes, she was very excited and can't wait to see her pet. I had told her not to even buy one yet after reading about all the problems but she just had to have one. LOL! She's been checking on it constantly just like you Coral. (her poor horses on VFK are now getting neglected- could someone go feed them? LOL)

Since I had last posted we had even switched computers and tried everything on her PC laptop using internet explorer. The mail and her pet still didn't work. I even checked my character ( I am pinktink- had to create one to play "friendly" connect four with her) and my mail would not load either. So back to her other computer and somehow her mail is now working again!  :yes!: She would get the envelope popup but then when she would click on it or try to pull up mail it wouldn't load and open. She had several messages form the pet council and admin about the pet problem but she had done everything they had suggested.  :sur: Oh well! Pet still is not ready to hatch!  :??: :yawn:

Heh, I'm a nonstop dancing skeleton that was also made small (see my unicorn?) and... I'm the small Dibbie (nenob) to the right of me. I've multiplied!  :lolg:
