I was a army brat so no not all my life, just most of it. And not a Ky Colonel either,

Mom said you might have put in too much water because you were looking at the jell-o boxes instead of this recipe. Jell-o takes 2 cups of water per box and this recipe calls for only 1 1/2 cups per box.
