We are so happy to reunite old friends, give elves the opportunity to make new friends and share our fantastical Island of possibility and fun.
Last night was monumental for us! We thank you for sharing your overwhelming excitement and being helpful and forgiving when identifying a technical issue. We hope you will plan to join us for another day of fun in Elf Island!
Today from 4pm (Eastern Time) – 10pm (Eastern Time) our second boat will begin boarding pre-registered elves for Elf Island.
** Boarding rights are based on the date you requested a user name and password. **

Note - If you try to board one of our boats before the date you pre-registered, the elves will politely ask you to get back in line and patiently wait. For those of you who didn’t find your user name on the second boat, don’t worry, we have your user name and plan to announce the different boat launches and the dates the boats leave throughout the next two weeks.
