Elf Island first voyage issues

Hugs, I had issues figuring it all out too. First I had to change my password even though I am alomst positive I had it right. You have to type the same email in the top and bottom box. At first I was putting a name in the top box and then an email under it. Good luck :)

If you are having difficulty getting in on your first try post here.
I have been able to get in my daughter and an alternate character I made a child but as an adult i received no verification e-mail an can't get in, same for my DW - I did get an email saying I changed my password. do we have a contact for correcting issues?
