Put the same email in parent contact and the email field.

Hugs, I had issues figuring it all out too.  First I had to change my password even though I am alomst positive I had it right.  You have to type the same email in the top and bottom box.  At first I was putting a name in the top box and then an email under it.  Good luck

I have been able to get in my daughter and an alternate character I made a child but as an adult i received no verification e-mail an can't get in, same for my DW - I did get an email saying I changed my password. do we have a contact for correcting issues?

Very strange.. I admitted from day 1 in pre-registration exactly how old I am.  So I filled that in, and DID get a parent verification email as an adult!

Click on the Scroll, bottom left of your screen (That's like your Map).  Many places to explore!

It seems like items are 400 coins each.  You have to click on item then 'buy it' the 'yes'.

OH hugs Princess.  I strongly believe that you should see your elf and other people.   Did you try loggin out and back on?

Mahjong is in the Savanna.  Did it give you any coins?  I came close to clearing the board, and received not coins.

BTW--I noticed that my buddies all still have their homes locked.  Under Edit Home we have a choice to Locked, Unlocked, or Buddies Only.  Mine is set to Buddies Only so you guys can come visit me!

From what I saw anonomously as an alternate title, the game is well contructed and designed.  It did have a bit of lag which overwelmed my computer a half dozen times.  Registrations had a few small issues.  Characters appear preaty good.  It was nice to see some many people I knew in the game. I am not sure the games are still what I would be looking for but several I like. The method of opening and closing needs a little work.  I will hopefully be able to get my character in in short order but for now I will remain anonomous I guess.

Okay, I think we got our games mixed up.. very easy to do, so many in such a short time.  The game in the Rain Forest is called Fruit Works, and it is the "Zuma" style game.  Three or more of a kind, but moving on a track, not a stationary board.

I had an amazing time today in Elf Island, and even ran into a few NoBSers as well. Yay Yay yay. The game was really fun, and I totally loved it. The only sad part was the hours of operation. Though I look exactly like a Fluffy Blue Alien in the game, and that makes me ever so happy.....................Fee

There are two games in the Rainforest--the fruit one and the tiki one.  I believe the Tiki one was in the first room you end up in, on the left.  I did really well on that one--the only reason my score wasn't higher is because I wanted to quit and go explore some more.

Sorry went to bed after I posted I found it I believe in the marsh or it could be rainforest though I do think it was marsh. It was like bejewelled. You need to get at least 2 in arrow more the merrier. Though it might be closer to another game. But the goal is not to lef the wall build up. Guess kinda like cash cow on webkinz.  Easy coins there.

Ok my first impression was itis a cute game. The lag is a very big issue for me. So time will tell if this is an ongoing issue. I tend to think it is not and they are testing servers while letting in a few hundred at a time.

My favorite spot is the beach . The music is cute.

Reminds me of webkinz alot. Just a much more graphically enhanced.

Little confused on how to move furniture. Finding people was fairly easy. And having friends with names already in my buddies was amwesome.

I think the homes are very cute and a nice touch they added a pirate ship home.

I play these games mostly for the friends I have. Nice place to meet up and just hang.

Was so nice to see hula and lily again. Boy have I missed them.

Lily show off her dancing skills which were pretty darn good.

I am pretty neutral since this is beta and not much happening yet.

Have to give it a chance.

I have enjoyed VFK mich more this month since they step up the items graphics ect.

But as with VFK the lag is what stops me from enjoying the game thus I have to wait and see how the lag works out on this game.

Guess I am torn on how many games I can play and wizards is what hubby plays. VFK is where my extended oversees family friends play. But Elf is where most of my friends will play.

So no matter what I will make room for elf too.

Oh and when I went to use the elf guide it froze on my screen and would not close had to restart. Many times people could see me but I could not see me.
The message bottle showed one friend but would not open. So if you are the one person who wanted to be my friend I will try again tomorrow.

Oh and it took me awhile to figure out how to unlock my house.

I am kind of with you on this...what specific issue were you having? 
I know it was necessary for most of us to change our password (even if it was to what you thought it was) in order to get registered.

I simply could not get in due to lack of a verification e-mail.  Be sure you do not have spam going directly to trash like I did, I have temporarily changed it to keep it a week (filling quickly now) this will allow you to catch it.  I am unsure how to get them to resend a verification at the moment but I am hitting the support email (which may not be monitored) and keep trying the help e-mail which is still bouncing back to me as invalid.

Someone may have your answer if you tell us what you experienced

First was what everyone else went through with the password and verification email. I finally got through all that and clicked verify and when it went to the screen to play now (I think that is what it said, the little guy holding the green sign), it never would sign in. It tried to take me back through the registration. Then I guess time was up and they closed. sigh..

I will give you an update, I contacted them at: support@elfisland.com and they responded relativly quickly to my issue and sent me the links to get in so I should be good if I ever get out of work.  So if you are having issues with getting in I recommend contacting them.
