I did not get a message.  But, when I looked in my "wardrobe", there was a star shining in the corner of that tab (the purple dress icon) (indicating that there was something new in there).  When I clicked on the "shoes" tab, there was the new pair of shoes in there, and that pair of shoes also had the same shining star in the corner of new shoe picture - also indicating that it was a new item.   :)

Same with me.  No message.. I just opened my leaf journal, had a star shining on the clothing tab.  Just as Astro said.  :)

wdwdreamin:
Just curious--my shoes were purple and match my outfit.  Did everyone get shoes to match or did they just happen to be purple?

RosieC:
mine were purple too and my outfit is blue

AmberDaze:
Hmmm, I had no star and not sure if I have a new pair of shoes. I did make a pair of shoes in the tailoring game... How many shoes are we supposed to have?
