I thought the same thing about the avatars. I hope that picture is a sketch and not an actual screen shot of what the game looks like.

I'm a bit disappointed in the avatars too.  They almost look as if they have been copied and pasted from another game--they don't have the same detail as the background.

My sentiments exactly... I had thought Elf Island showed lots of promise, but this new version of avatar would be hard to look at for any length of time (like 5 minutes).
Add me to the list of hopefuls who don't want to give up just yet. :bow:
