Days, as far as I am aware, No ~ the fairy clothing can not be traded. None of the regular clothing can be traded either, as far as I know. Not even the quest cowboy clothing (chaps and hat). Or the buyable brown cowboy hat either. None of it will show up in your inventory if you go into a trade window yet, to be able to offer it for a trade.

Your right Astro - I hopped on and tried to trade with our daughter earlier today. From what I understand, there are a few issues with the closet they are working on before clothing can be traded. Good news is, several developers have been seen in game saying everything but VIP badges and fairy enchantment will be tradeable. I can't confirm this, but it seems they want pretty much everything to be tradeable, which would be nice as I know that was a frustrating part of VMK for many.
