it's in the victoria area.  Easiest way to get there is to go back to your home, to the crossroads and then go right.  In the next room, immediately go left through the fence opening

Actually the easiest ways to get there is to (assuming you can move in the last outdoor adventure room) exit the outdoor aventure room at the right location it will take you to the corner in the victorian village which ajoins the park.   Also handy is having a friend go there and just follow them but that may not be an option - or may not work.
