I too wondered, so I pulled out our solar one to compare.  I doubled the size of the pic to see differences easier.

The new is on the left, our older solar on the right.  Fun, I lit the solar for the pic.. meaning the new probably wouldn't be much brighter if it were to light?  (Personally, I like the older solar one.  At least he had legs and curly antennae!  :lolg: )

Thanks Ducky!   Glad they made the new the brighter shade but I agree the older solar one is a bit cuter too when I see both side by side.  Show a bit of leg!
