Per popup in game when you click on the Bat Bucket on Counter in Autumn Imports:
The Ultimate Halloween Trick or Treat Bat!
How do you get the Ultimate Halloween Trick or Treat Bat?
For the past six Halloweens, each Halloween has had a totally awesome and unique Halloween Trick or Treat Chocolate Candy, creating the Chilling Chocolate Collection!
To obtain the Ultimate Halloween Trick or Treat Bat, all you need is one of each Chocolate from the previous Halloweens, except for last year's Trick or Treat Candies, of which you need all types!
If you think you have every chocolate in the Chilling Chocolate Collection and all of last year's 2013 Trick or Treat Candy Collection, you can trade these collections for the Ultimate Halloween Trick or Treat Bat.
If you are missing Halloween Trick or Treat Candies or chocolates from the Chilling Chocolate Collection, you will fail in your attempt to obtain the Ultimate Halloween Trick or Treat Bat! Not to worry, all you have to do is go forth and trade or bargain for the unique Chilling Chocolate Collection Chocolates or 2013 Trick or Treat Candies you are missing. Then come back to Autumn Imports and try again!
Once you have all of the chocolates from the Chilling Chocolate Collection, and last year's 2013 complete Halloween Trick or Treat Candy Collection, the Ultimate Halloween Trick or Treat Bat can be yours and the nifty Ultimate Halloween Trick or Treat Pin as well!
As always, after Halloween is concluded, you can open your Ultimate Trick or Treat Bucket and will receive your Chilling Chocolate Collection and last year's candy back!
And still have your Ultimate Trick or Treat Bucket, which will be empty!
